New To this site about to bring home kitten!

Hey Everyone, my wife and I are going tommorow to bring home a new kitten that we are adopting. I had been looking for Maine Coon kittens trying to find some for $500 or so when I stumbled upon this little guy on petfinder.com He sure looked like he has Maine Coon in him Ill try and figure out how to post some pics of him. Tell me what you all think!

I entered the URL of my images but they dont seem to be appearing oh well Ill try again

Any tips on how to post pics? Ive read the faq, Ive tried inserting the URL after pressing the "insert image" button. I havent seen the button manage atatchments that the FAQ refers to...... hmm not sure what else to do.

The easiest way to post a picture is to upload them to a site like photobucket, copy the url of the photo, and then use the photo linker (the little icon that looks like a photo of a mountain with the sun over it, right above where you type your message) to link it in here.

If a kitten/cat LOOKS like a Maine Coon, and acts like a Maine Coon, but needs a home and is cheap or free, what more could you ask for, if you're not going to go into the business of breeding them?

We had one that filled those qualifications, and he was certainly Dottie's favorite for a long time.

Hello & welcome to tcs. Can't wait to see your pics. I used to think that maybe Blossom had some Maine Coon in her as well. She seemed to grow like a weed at 1st. But she's just an ordinary size for a cat.

As far as posting pictures goes... I usually use Image Shack http://imageshack.us just upload the pictures and copy the URL into the post. (You don't even need to sign up for anything!)
