Can't post in Marketplace?

I was thinking about posting a link to my Etsy shop in the Member's Marketplace, so I read through all the rules. I noticed that the updated rules say that Young Cats can post there. I am way past young cat status, but for some reason when I tried to post a new thread I was unable to do so. Instead I got a message saying I do not have access to that page. If I have misread something, please let me know. Otherwise, could someone help me get access to the Marketplace pages so I can post there?

I just checked and there was indeed a problem with the permissions set up for your usergroup. I had changed them in one place, but there was one more place that needed changing. I swear, Vbulletin is getting way too complicated
