well, the news is not good.

the biopsy was yesterday and the results today.

the doc said on a scale of 1-9
she is an 8.
the cancer is very aggressive and has spread to her lymph nodes

she has an appt with a surgeon on monday

we were going to go to the "Cancer Center of America" in Chicago on monday, but i guess that will be put off indefinitely.
she doesn't want to have the surgery out of town.

but this is what happened to my mom in 2007 when she passed away.

i am sick at the idea of losing her!
we were best friends growing up for a lotta years.

if you got any close connections with the man upstairs, please give a shout for my sister Laura!!

I am still trying to let it soak in, and hoping it's all a bad dream at the same time.

Prayers for your Sister. Would you like to join the Cancer Group I am in. I joined when my Husband got Leukemia. My Mom died from Breast Cancer in 1999.

How old is your sister?

Hoping that the surgeon can have some positive thoughts.

The key is to focus on survival from this form of cancer.

A friend of mine here in London had the same thing..very aggresive. She had a double mastectomy and heaps of chemo/radiation..and is now in remission. It CAN happen.

I am sending vibes and prayers for your sister. You must be devastated but do not GIVE UP.
