I love a lot of ethnic dishes and love trying new foods. Italian, Indian, Arabic, Mexican are just a few of my loves. Oh and Southern.

I voted for all of them for the same reason. I love all ethnic foods. In any given week, I might make the following dishes:

Kapusta (Polish) served with a good Russian Rye bread
Enchilada's (Mexican)
Manicotti (Italian)
Beefs (Chicago / American)
Fried plantains (got the recipe in Panama)
Honey infused anything (French-ish)
Stir fry (Chinese)

I love all of them, too, but my favorite is Mexican. Unless I'm sick...then it's Chinese.

My favorite kind of food is Italian--I love all kinds of pasta and Italian flavoring. I guess it's my "comfort food". I'd eat it nearly every day if I could get away with it--(hubby likes more variety.)

I voted German first because I have it all the time. I also selected other because I do like some Korean dishes and I love chips and salsa! I eat a variety of cuisines which include Yugoslavian, chinese, japanese, and many more.

Italian is our favorite! It's the simplicity of fresh ingredients that taste truly wonderful. I cook it at least 2 times a week and DBF would eat it everyday

I had to pick 'other' because there's so much not listed. I don't know if I could say I have a favorite anyway; there's a lot of different ethnic cuisines I love.

Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwww kapusta! My grandmother is Polish, born in the states to a couple of immigrants. Consequently, my mother has fixed a variety of Polish dishes over the years. And one thing I could never stomach was kapusta (or anything made of sauerkraut for that matter). But if you like it, more power to you!

Well being Italian and Scottish, i sure so like my porridge with milk!

I do eat more Italian, British and German foods come second.

I do like asian food but its not something i can eat everyday. but give me a plate of paste with fresh home made sauce and i will be a happy little camper.

I have to say though, that the pasta sauce in italy is very different in other countries!

Someone mentioned that pasta was fatty, if you make home made fresh pasta it doesnt feel fatty at all!
