Sasha and Oreo were almost the same size and Sasha was a head smaller then Meeko.
Now she is almost a head bigger then Meeko.
Why would she grow again?

Zoey is not a big cat ( upper end of typical for a female) but she did not stop growing till about age 3 ... I attributed it to her rough start

Sasha did have a slow start. She was one of 2 kittens that lived out of 6. When I got her at 3 months she was small for her age. I wonder if Oreo will do taht she still looks like a 6 month old kitten and she will be 1 in a few weeks. She did have a very bad start though because she has fcks and was the runt.

I know some breeds 'mature' faster than others, so maybe that has something to do with when they stop growing. Manx are not considered fully mature until 5 years old, and she already weighs 10 pounds!

When do most cats stop getting bigger (not fater really, just in height)?

I had a Manx years ago and loved her. I lost her at age 11 having a seizure. She had them from the time we got her at 6 weeks old. My Sasha is a Russian Blue Mix.
