I can relate to the chair thing too! For about a year I sat in an uncomfortable secretary chair while one of my cats slept in my nice comfy leather executive chair next to me. I tried taking it back several times, but I got tired of being pawed and screeched at! However, when the secretary chair finally broke I had no choice but to take back the leather office chair. In it's place I put a padded dining room chair. They didn't like it at first, but they've gotten used to it. It doesn't stop them from leaping up onto the leather chair as soon as I stand up though
