Help moving the outdoor litter box

A feral cat adopted me about 3 years ago. She's very affectionate towards me, not so much the rest of the family. She's outdoors most of the time, hangs out inside with me during "TV time", and sleeps in the garage. She has made it a habit to use the dirt area under my kitchen windows as her litterbox. I need suggestions on how to relocate this. I'm not quite ready to clear it out and put in gravel...

I had the same problem with an outside cat. He is strictly outside because I have inside cats also. Well he sleeps in the garage, I have his water and food in there, when its cold I put a container in there for the cold weather. I noticed he was starting to poop in there so I cleaned it up and put a litter box in there. When he saw it in there he started going in it right away. I don't know how you feel about starting a litter box, but for me it was better then going outside the box.
