I just had my first day of volunteering. I loved it!!
I took LOTS of pictures! Here are some. I hope theyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]re not too big or too many! I hope this is the right place for this thread. Itâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s my first thread.

This is Berg. She is soooo sweet and needs tons of attention! Sheâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s a huge cuddler and jumps on your shoulder and purrs:

This is Charlie. Also a big sweety! And so pretty!

Daisy and Donald—the stars of the shelter! They are SO cute. Daisyâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s coloring and fur is just beautiful. Sheâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s the furrier one.

Fernando. A VERY sweet and loving cat. So pretty. He might be my favorite.

Indiana. This cat is out of control! He is very sweet and loving but SO rambunctious and has soooo much energy! He wouldn’t stop meowing and I felt sooo bad putting him back in his cage.
He also destroyed all his newspaper, even after I replaced it.

Ming. Very sweet and pretty kitty!

Hope you enjoyed!

What beautiful cats. It must be hard to not take any home with you.

Yup, it's really hard not to take them home with me!
I already have 3 cats though, soon to be 5 when my sister brings her 2 kitties. I felt so bad for Indiana, he has sooo much energy, he really needs to be in a home where he can run and play and get lots of love and attention (well, they ALL need that, but him especially). It must be hard for him being cooped up in a cage.
But I took him out twice when I was there to play with him. It's hard b/c there are so many kitties that need to be played with there.

Berg was sooo sweet!! She just wanted to cuddle and to be petted. When I put her back into her cage, she grabbed a hold of my arm and would not let go. She didn't put her claws out, she just used her strength. And when I shut the door to the cage she reached through the bars as far as she could and held onto my arm with all her might (again with no claws). She was so sweet!!
I felt SO bad! I just kept telling her that she would surely go to a new home soon. There's no way that sweet kitty wouldn't get adopted.
