Yep, the cartoonist obvioiusly knows cats based on this and other strips I've read. Rhymes with Orange is another one.

I read Heart of the City sometimes, and every so often they'll have a cat strip that is always cat perfect!

Cute! We don't get that strip in our paper. On hot days, Butzie comes in early to be in the AC.
