The Daily Post: Friday August 8th, 2008

Hello All!!

Waking up to a cool 52F (11C)morning with sun.

Good for my spreading of mulch this morning -less chance to get really sweaty!!

My parents are coming this afternoon for the weekend-not quite sure what the game plan is though.

The price of crude oil and gas is coming down which helps the pocketbook-yay!!

Some cats are in some are out still this morning.

Good morning! Writing the date out today has proven quite challenging for most of us already 8-8-08.

Already muggy and hot out here today. Picking out a bunch of work to do today since I'll be leaving for 'vacation' on the 13th ... leaving me 3 more work days to get as much done as possible. (I have someone covering for me while I'm gone, but I prefer to get as much done as I can before leaving. Last time didn't go over so well when I got back Bunch of stuff I had to catch up on myself because the person covering didn't do half of what they should have!)

This weekend I get to clean the room to make it nice for our new addition when we get back from Maine. I don't know what day we're adopting a lil' one when we get back, but the room definitely needs a cleaning either way

No word from the homebuilders in quite awhile. Jeez they stress me out I just want to hear that my stuff is started because I can't take the living situation much longer ...

Cloudy here and looks like more rain We had a couple of real nasty thunderstorms overnight and it looks like it is not finished yet.

Heading off to work shortly hoping to be done around 4-5..

Got all my errands done yesterday so it's right home afterwards.

The kitties are all snoozing this morning...Lazy guys
