I had left a cook book on the coffee table last night and came down to this:

The suspects:

Carly (I didn't do it because I was busy singing all night)

Much (I'm innocent because I'm too old to be mischievous)

Lucy (I didn't do it but it would be great revenge for shutting me in the closet yesterday)

I thought I knew of their naughty tendencies and they always come up with at new one.

I still have the box from your SS gift which was signed with tooth marks from a cute, furry guy.

This is the first time anyone has. That is why I'm not sure who did it.

Good thing it was your girls and not my Trent. He doesn't nibble...he shreds, and takes great joy in shredding paper.

But from what I can tell from those innocent little faces...it was an intruder cat who broke into the house and was chewing on the cookbook when the girls teamed up and chased him off before he could chew on more than one page. They would have called 911, but lacking opposable thumbs and human language, they had to take him on themselves. Am I close?

When Punkin was first in the truck with us, I think every piece of paper we turned in had what looked like a large staple mark on the corner. Two fangs!

Awww, such cute criminals.

At our house, Claire would be the likely suspect. I can't leave books, newspapers or magazines lying around or they'll get a "taste" from Claire. Then, she shreds them.
