Good News!

Our loan got approved

Jess and I have a house! With a gorgeous yard! In a quiet neighborhood!

I'm so excited!

The house that's on the property now is livable, but we'll probably take it down after the winter and replace it with a used mobile home... lower taxes, cheaper everything, and in better shape than what's there.

But.... we have a house!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited!!!

Man. Remind me to thank my dad for helping me start building my credit when I was 16. Ha.
