Before/After Gym Tips?

Hey all!
I'm taking a weight training for women class in college, and will most likely not have time to take a shower after the fact; does anyone have any tips on how to, you know, still be presentable?

I have thin hair that gets oily easily, so I've purchased some dry shampoo which helps a little.. but other than that and bringing deoderant, I'm not sure what else to do!

Suggestions? Thanks!

Years ago when I belonged to a gym I worked out during my lunch hour. Yes one hour including driving, changing, working out, cleaning up and driving back.

I don't know how many times/week but I would wear your hair in a pony tail or a clip if you can. Wear clothes that are fast to get in and out of-like no pantyhose!! A bit looser fitting to help cool you off helps. Minimal jewelry.

I took the briefest of showers-basically a quick rinse for like a minute or two-you cannot clean-up well just with a washcloth.

Makeup-well that might have to be applied later as I usually was still a bit sweaty and needed to cool off. Bring a body spray with alcohol in it to give you an instant cool.
Fresh undergarments too.
