It's easily the best movie I've seen this year, maybe in several years -- it's hilarious, it's deeply moving, it's insightful and enlightening and sweetly human. I honestly can't think of anyone who would not love this movie!

It doesn't even matter which political side you're on, because it's not about sides -- it's about something much bigger than that.

I don't even know if its playing in our area yet - never heard of it - what's the basics for it?

Kevin Costner plays the living daylights out of a laid-off factory worker in New Mexico, and a very fine young actress named Madeleine Carroll plays his daughter. A presidential election comes down to a dead heat, and the two of them play pivotal roles in the outcome of the election.

I hate to tell you any more than that -- just trust me! This is a perfect piece of film in every way.
