During her 12 week trip to the vet for booster shots I pointed out to the vet that Lily's nose often had little drops of water like condensation on it. He said that he could see that by the little bit of yellow at the edge of her nose (near her nostrils) and that it was probably just a wee respiratory infection she'd picked up from her Mum. He said just to keep an eye on it but it would probably disappear once her immune system was built up. That was two weeks ago. She was fine yesterday, but today I looked at it and it's the yellow marks are looking more like a yellow stripe across the very top of the pink of her nose. It is quite prominent.

Anyone else seen this before? Should I leave it a bit longer before I take her to the vet? I'm away on my holidays on the 21st so Lily is going to stay with a friend, would like to make sure she'd fit and healthy before I go! Am I getting too paranoid?

Could it be dried mucus? The symptoms you had noticed earlier do sound like a respiratory infection, or maybe allergies.

In either case, it wouldn't hurt to go for a return vet visit. Or you could call your vet and ask what s/he thinks.
