First we all have to vote out of the top 10, but apparently due to a problem we won't be able to vote just yet
But when we can the voting will go on for like a week, and then whichever kitties have the top votes will be voted for between the mods
Then they will decide which kitties win
Then we will know who wins

Sorry, y'all. The delay is my fault. Darn vacations getting in the way of important stuff!
The mods vote to narrow down the full field to the top 10-15, then those get put up for everyone to vote on. The public vote should be up in about a week, give or take.
