separation anxiety?

I have two cats, a 9 month old and a 14 week old one. My 14 week year old cat keeps on trying to nurse off of the older one. They are unrelated. Also, when the younger one is sleeping and then wakes up, she meows and wails until someone pets her or picks her up. Could this be a form of separation anxiety?

I dont think I would classify it as seperation anxiety. Most kittens that young still need to feel secure and such. It sounds like she is just wanting some attention and to be cuddled. Usually seperation anxiety you would notice some pacing,frantic sreaming and maybe some running around.
