Hi,
I'm just wondering if you cat experts can answer a question please?

Is it ok to get a kitten if its mother lives in the house next door? Or will it always want to be with its mother. It will not be a house cat.

Thank you

Mitzi's kitten lives down the road from us! We reckon she goes and pays it a visit. She's always mooching about down the road

Why would you want a kitten and it not be a house pet? Its a lot safer inside or if you don't want 100% indoor - teach the kitten to wear a harness/leash and take it outside for a few hrs; or build a cat enclosure for safety.

And if this kitten will be a partially outdoor cat, it has to be neutered or spayed by 3-4 months old so it won't breed.
