The TCS Member Party in Dallas - PLEASE READ!

Oddly enough, both Sterling and Punkin have gotten in the shower with one or the other of us a time or two. Can't say they enjoyed it, but they didn't leave in the panic I would have expected.

I have a room available too, if someone needs to stay over. However, I DO live on the other side of town!

The "other" side of town is probably about a three hour's drive, if in the Dallas radius..

But you're a sweetheart for offering..

I had actually taken a look at this thread to see if we had any new people sign up and if there was a transportation problem, I was going to go pick them up in my brand new Porsche. But nobody else has signed up. Oh well, three more weeks and Persi has came up with an idea that just might get a couple more people to come: He says that he will not be offended if any of you show up in a suit of armor!

Actually, you can get from my house to Persi's in less than an hour. A lot less, if it's the right time of day. A lot more, if it isn't.

Sounds like a great time. If I was still in Oklahoma I would consider joining you all, but unfortunately I'm too far away now.

That sounds like such fun!!! I wish i were closert!! I hope everyone has a lovely time!!! We'll definitely need some pictures!

OK, I will keep it alive and nothing has changed. I will be sending out driving instructions from LBJ & Midway by PM later today. I will be sending these instructions to all people that I know are coming and all those I am not sure are coming so I very much would like confirmations before this weekend is over. And in case you missed the original postings, if you can make it to Dallas on August 30, and would like to meet in person with some of the best cat meowmies and pawpies in the world, just pm me, there is still room for YOU including overnight accomodations! I will be updating this thread with the final list as soon as I hear from everybody.

Just two more weeks from today! Go back and read through this thread and see what you will be missing if you miss this one!

Do you have a plug in if I bring video's on a flash drive? I need to borrow my friend's digital camera, but am going to try to bring video's of my gang.

Amy, your reservations for the best room in the house are in order, including a Persian breakfast the following morning. And bring your flash drive, this is going to be far better than meeting at a restaurant, I assure you! And we still have another room with private bath for anybody else wanting to stay overnight. All I have to do is stay out of the hospital this time. We all look forward to having you and appreciate your coming so far to be with us! For those unfortunate souls who will be unable to attend, we will be taking lots of pictures and videos to share with them!

Well, right now my schedule is in great shape for making it on time. Dottie won't be able to come, unless she comes very late. This is her month to work weekends, watching new drivers go back and forth a couple hundred feet all day.
