You make brownie cookies. Each week I make cookies for my husband and I. Mostly, because it's less expensive than going out and buying a pack of cookies with suspect ingredients. This week I shoved the packet of chocolate chips right above the oven. Well, due to the fact that I made three loaves of bread yesterday along with a dozen and a half blueberry muffins, they melted. Rather than tossing them and starting over I just mixed in the gooey mess.
They've turned out to be some of the best cookies I've ever made. Go figure.
