I usually email the company and ask. I have a food allergy and have to do this quite often. Most companies are good about replying.

I have done alot of research and the only issue IMHO is the fact that natural flavor can = msg and like natural seasoning.. .. SORRY the one thinking natural chicken flavor is a lab animal is inncorrect ..
