Update on my wife's cousin

This is the lady who had the "flesh-eating" infection.

We went down to visit her today. Yesterday and even earlier today, she was not completely coherent, but by the time we saw her this evening, she seemed to be pretty sharp. She even is getting her sense of humor back.

The doctors say that, barring any sudden bad turns, she should be going to a rehab hospital on Monday to start her complete recovery. And, they point out, to learn how to handle her diabetes.

Mike, that's great! I'm so glad to hear this... I really feel for her, because I think I've kinda been there, in a way. Along with diabetes training, I hope they also give her some help with whatever depression she may still suffer from losing her husband. Thank you for updating us on her!
