Please help! Im leaving in 2 days D:

Alright.
My family is leaving monday for a 2 and a half week trip (were coming home midtrip but only for one day).
I adore my kitty cassie and she adores us. anybody outside of our family, however, she hates.
When we have left her alone on past trips things have not gone well.
One incident she bit a friend and he still has the scar.
Another time she guarded the bathroom, hissing at the caretaker not letting her in for an hour.
Last time we left she hadnt eaten barely at all. She looked like a stick.
She also will go to the bathroom everywhere but her litterbox.
All these trip were for only a week.

I desperately need tips on how to calm her down while were gone D:
Im so worried leaving her all alone.

Try a plug in felliway which might help mellow her out. Also to make sure she eats, try to have the caregiver give her some really tasty, smelly catfood like fancy feast.

Also use the spray version anywhere she'd go or sleep.
You can also leave your socks(worn for a day prior to that) or towel(again, used for a day) around where she usually hangs out at.

Is there anyway where I can get feliway by sunday night?
We are leaving very early monday morning.
Is it at pet stores or does it have to be ordered?

If there is a cattery (kennel for cats) around that has a decent rep. and room for your baby, it might be a good idea to try them out. It's a long trip, and knowing your baby is going to be taken care of by pros may help you relax and will also help her as her life there will at least be predictable and safe.

Try Petsmart or Pet Supermarket or somplace like that. I've gotten them from both places. It might not be called Feliway, I think it also goes by Comfort Zone.

Petsmart or Petco usually carry it.

Comfort Zone is definitely the one you should look for but there may be also others with different product names. Whatever the one you'd get, look for the product that specifically says "with Feliway".
