Skippymjp joins the TCS team

As some of you already noticed, Mike, aka Skippymjp, has joined the TCS moderating team. He's been officially assigned to the IMO and cat behavior forums today, so I'd like to take this opportunity and thank him again for accepting this often time-consuming and sometimes ungrateful position.
