This morning I woke up to Tomnus swatting me on the nose with his paw. That actually hurt a little bit because he did it hard. I looked over at him and he had the most irritated look on his face. Then I realized my throat was really sore and I knew I had been snoring. A few hours before this I woke up to find Tom snuggled up against me for the first time in about a week and a half(lately he's been sleeping under the bed) so I figured I woke him up with my snoring...

Anyone else have any cute stories like this one?

For me, thankfully, no! Though I bet my husband would love if I had a snore silencer.

She often wakes me up when I have a nightmare. A couple of times, I must have either screamed or cried so loud. I woke up in the middle of night, sorta felt my cat was sitting right next to my face watching over me with the kind of "mommy, are you OK?" look. As soon as I saw her, she started licking on my face

Mitzi enjoys waking me up between 3 - 6am, meowing, purring, rubbing up my face and chewing at my hair. Normally I'd think about how cute it was that she took the time to show me a bit of affection for once in her life. But no.

It's all for one reason. She couldn't give a poop about me!

Food.

My DH snores like a psychotic chain saw, so I wear earplugs to sleep. Fred could hook a claw in them and pull them out without waking me up. I could never figure out how my earplugs kept coming out in my sleep, until he did it once when I was almost awake. After he knew he was busted, he would just pull it out and screech in my ear. Then he taught the others how to do it so he would not get in trouble.
