Furminator Vs. "as seen on TV" knock-off, my review!

I got a knock-off of the furminator a few months ago at Bed, Bath and Beyond. I was hoping my cat would take to it as she sheds a lot and hates to be brushed. She hated it and it didn't seem to do much.

Recently I ordered the original Furminator from Home Shopping Network (.com) and it really does work much better, but unfortunatly she still hates it so I have to hold her down.

So, if you aren't happy with your knock-off, try the real deal.

Kitty LOVES the furminator. If she had her way, she'd get brushed with it so often she'd be bald! I'm surprised your kitty hates it so much, I've heard of quite a few liking it that didn't normally take to brushing.

I got Petco's version of Furminator for our lab - works pretty well in my opinion. I just use a normal flea comb on the cats.

My cats love the Furminator. Seldon would love it done 3 times a day. I love not finding cat hair in weird places.

After chatting to Lei (xocats) on the telephone a few minutes ago, i've just ordered a Furminator online because my 3 are shedding something terrible, and their hacking up furballs every week despite brushing
