One of my best friends dads is a vet, and he just took in two kittens which are essentially hers, she is quite excited

Anyways she needs name help so I thought I'd come here!

Brother and sister
Both completely black!

I will post pictures this week when I go to see them!

Suggestions for names?!

That would also be confusing.

Here's some more...

Sooty
Sweep
Eclipse
Pepsi
Inky
Oily
Charm
Blackie
Shady

or you could try Snowball and Snowflake

I like Pen & Ink, it makes me laugh!

I would use Madame Curie over Marie because it makes me think more of a cat, but I like the scientist theme, too.

Or you could do Louie and Marie, for Louis Pasteur and Marie Curie.

Ebony and Ivory was the first thing that came to my mind, too.

My RIP Brownie was a black cat who adopted me but he was always an outdoor cat so his fur, in our sun, faded. It looked like he was dark brown on the outside and light brown on the inside. So, I named him Brownie. People used to laugh at me when I told them the name of my big, fat, sweet, black tomcat. Who cares? To me he was always my beautiful Brownie.

You could always name the girl Emma. That was Darwin's wife's name...Who also happened to be his cousin.

Onyx (boy) and Raven (girl).

Going by the science route, you could name the girl "Rosalind" after Rosalind Franklin, one of the scientists who cracked the DNA molecular structure.

I can't see a kitten named Darwin (the name reminds me of a bald dude.. no offence!), I'd go for Edison. I'm sure I don't have to explain who that is

Oh another suggestion for the boy... Nikola! (Nikola Tesla)
