The Final Farewell (Pic Heavy, Cuteness Warning!)

Just in time to say good bye, we got a nice new camera for the final farewell with the X-Pack!

Just inside their enclosure, this is how we are greeted.

When they were little, this how we used to spend a normal day- cuddling!


It's not just me they climb all over!


Calypso- I'm on top of the world!


Davy and Tortuga- Oh, do you have food for us??

Jack is one of my "crotch babies". Excuse the name, but that's his favorite place to sit.


Tortuga is my independent little girl:


Jack is one of the most energetic and playful!


I don't know if it's because of his unique coloring (among his litter), or his darling personality, but Davy Jones loves the camera and the camera loves him!

Some where on this site, I made a comment that "I don't think the X-Pack ever sleeps any more!". Maybe they know they will never see me again, because last night, they all settled down in their old cuddle spots for a final foster-mommy nap. All the babies were cuddled down on me, with Davy Jones in his favorite spot- my hair! Don't mind the odd look on my face, this is just before 3 AM... (I didn't want to go to bed, it was my last night with them!)

Oh it does feel so empty! I'm so sad! Not that Evie and Peach and Sheba and the chins aren't enough to keep me busy, but there's definitely something missing...

And yeah, I love their big ol' ears too! I call them my bat ears.

The rest of the X-Pack is glad to be your favorites! Davy tends to steal the spotlight, so they are glad to have a fan. At least they know I'm partial to every one of them.

Thanks! Davy really is a little poser, the way he sits with his little paws together and his tail curled around. Yup, he'll find a home quickly!

I just love them! I'd want them all, with my favorite being Jack.... Nothing makes a person feel all warm and cozy like a kitten.
