Wilbur has formed a habit. I don't like it much but what can I do?

He waits for me to get home

He also loves to get burried in his blanket

It bugs me because I'm way too protective lol. I hate that some kid could throw a rock and break the glass/hurt him.

And the white on his throat makes him look like he's wearing an orange sweater with a white turtle neck dickey.

What a cuddle bug and so handsome.

I love the name Wilber.

I am a very protective kitty Mommy and absolutely understand your concern about Wilber being in the window but what can you do?
Not a thing.

Yeah exactly. I also feel bad if I thought about stopping him from doing it. he's not doing anything wrong. just likes the heat of the sun and being able to see outside.

They both do the same thing with my patio door. it's got the same blinds, they crawl in and sleep between them.

No, not at all, I'm just a worrier about the kittens. It's actually a very secure place. But you never know.

I'm pleased your neighbourhood is a secure one, so that's one thing to feel relaxed about. I live in a quiet cul de sac myself and i feel 100% safer than i did at my old house. The children here love seeing the cats on the windowsill and just come close to the window to say hello to them, but at my old house i caught one little gremlin just as he was about to throw a snowball at the window that Rosie was looking out of

I am an overprotective Mom too. I saw an episode of Animal Cops where something like that did happen(I will not go into details) and ever since then I have been really protective. But it was in the Bronx in a crime riddled gang infested neighborhood.
I live in a neighborhood now that it would look strange if anyone was peering in my windows. We don't get gangs of hoodlums and my house sits back off of a longish driveway. I feel good here.
Anyway, he is just so cute and adorable. I am sure he is ok. He probably knows when you are coming home and sits there.
