Does anyone know if "World's Best" litter is ok for young kittens? I was using Feline Pine but they kept getting it in their eyes and caked around their noses... I switched to another litter which was pelleted and it just dissolves into dust and is very messy. I was going to try "World's Best" but it says it is clumping and I've heard clumping litter is bad for kittens. Is it safe?

it's one of the safe clumping litters, because it's made from corn, not clay.

I asked my vet about the clumping litter thing he told me that it is extremely rare that a kitten get sick and that in all his years as a researcher and vet he has never seen one case. He said it was one or two cases now being spread as fact. He is a very progressive vet too so I do believe him.
That withstanding WBCL is a very good litter and very safe. I don't use it for my multi cat home but when I had only one or two cats it worked well.
