Our kitty, JuJu, got a friend a few weeks ago. We welcomed an adorable Persian mix kitten into our home. He was adopted from the same place as JuJu, Miss Kitty's Cat House...here in Prescott, AZ.

We named the baby cat, "Zaide". He is a handful at 4 months old. He only weights about 2.5lbs, I am guessing....so he is very tiny, he was the runt.

The day he came home...

Just the other day, laying on the couch with JuJu...

I worry because he is so tiny, that he will never grow. He has become "fuller", but not taller.

Here is Zaide with my rats
.
This first video is with Spartan, where Spartan pushes Zaide!

This second video is with Louie, where Louie chases Zaide!

Thanks you guys
!

He has black fur, but grey tiger striped underneath. I am not sure what you'd call his coloring?

Kitties just go through that akward growth spurt phase just like kids do. What are you feeding him? If you add a little Nutrical into his daily regiment that should help him gain a little weight.
I'd do soft and dry food as well for him.

He's prescious!!!
I love the picture of him snuggling with your other kitty

I'll have to pick up some Nutrical.

I am feeding him the chicken kitten food by Nutro Max Cat. JuJu gets chicken adult indoor Max Cat. They both get wet food in the morning and evening.

My kitten is a chubby boy, just not growing fast, lol.

They both came to me on Nutro. I may think in the near future to switch them over to something else of a higher quality. I know Nutro is "higher up there in quality" then others, but an even higher quality of food would be best for them.

They both eat each other's food, though. I do not know how to keep the kitten from eating JuJu's food and JuJu from eating the kittens food. Any tips?
