Yes, we have another kitty
My DH found him near death on Tuesday, July 8th, brought him home and he was barely moving, we fed him through the night and the next morning he was perky. So I took him to the vet he weighed 1 lb. Friday of last week he took a turn for the worse and ended up in the Emergency Vet for 2 nights
He had a blood transfusion and turned right around
He is severely malnourished and anemic
The Vet said if my DH didn't find him he wouldn't have made it through the night

Since then he's been doing great, every day he gets stronger, and more wild
He now weighs 1 1/2 lbs
He could still use some vibes and/or prayers
We adore this sweet baby, and he's staying
The other cats have not met him yet and now they look like they weigh 50 lbs each.

Hi TCS BTW, He's yawning! LOL

Here is his booboo from the transfusion, they took blood from his neck too

That first picture is a winner Helen.

Pepi is really feeling his oats in that one.

This change in his health is simply amazing...
just shows with love and good care can do.

Welcome home sweet Pepino

So glad he is doing better and has a furever home with your mini-mafia.

And can't wait to hear how they will react to the new kid.

Welcome to TCS dear Pepino!...
Thanks Everyone

Rigel, as you know the Spanish and Italian language are very close
Pepino is named after an Italian song called Pepino the Mouse, By Lou Monte, I grew up listening to this song, I still love it! So David thought it would be a great name for him since he's the color of a mouse
