Purina ONE Healthy Kitten Formula vs. Kitten Chow

Alright, so I'm attempting to be more nutritiously conscious with my babies. They get 1/2 a can of Authority Kitten 2-3 time a day. For a free feeding dry, they have been getting Purina Kitten Chow. Today, I noticed that there is a Purina One Healthy Kitten formula in the store. Beside being a little more expensive, is there a huge difference?

Purina ONE Healthy Kitten Formula:
Chicken, chicken by-product meal, corn gluten meal, brewers rice, soybean meal, animal fat preserved with mixed-tocopherols (form of Vitamin E), fish meal (source of DHA), whole grain corn, poultry by-product meal, animal liver flavor, phosphoric acid, caramel color, salt, soy protein isolate, calcium carbonate, choline chloride, potassium chloride, DL-Methionine, taurine, zinc sulfate, Vitamin E supplement, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, niacin, copper sulfate, Vitamin A supplement, calcium pantothenate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin supplement, Vitamin B-12 supplement, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid, Vitamin D-3 supplement, calcium iodate, biotin, menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of Vitamin K activity), sodium selenite.

from reading this site I know that food heavy in fish is not good for cats. The regular kitten foods first ingredient is fish, where-as the healthy kitten food has chicken as the main ingredient which is supposedly better for them and easier to digest.

Pink = something IMHO is not the best and I would avoid

Orange = okay for many but some wont do well

Blue = IMHO a good ingrediant

Corn and Corn gluten meal are fine and help with UTI health of chicken formulas but should not both should not be IMHO in the same formula
