BTW, it looks like you now have a bunch of white cats. Unless she's been around a Siamese, I don't think that they develop color later. I can't wait to see the pictures!!!!!!

okay she showed them to me. There are two all white kittens, and one white one with a black dot on there head...I'm really worried about one of the all white kittens, it looks smaller then the other two and it isn't nursing as much. Going to have to keep a close eye on that one. I wonder if there are anymore in there?!?!? The two of them are really big!! and one is kinda little. I took some pics but you can hardly see them because they blend with momma! So she had the babies with out me even knowing some time between 12:00am and 7am  I guess if there are four there could still be one more in there??
anywho here is apic!!

you don't know what kind of cat the father is?
you've been letting an intact female wander around outside?

kittens are fun, but there are far too many of them already.

EXCUSS ME!!! If you have been even kinda following my story you would have half a clue!! she is a feral that I caught and we are getting her and the babies fixed. So don't preach to me!!! HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! So no i don't have the clue who the father is, but if he wanders into my yard he will be getting fixed to!!!!!

didn't realize it came off that way.

perhaps all us rescuers are over stressed now that kitten season has hit.

i will add more caffeine to my system and try to keep thigns straight.

good luck with the little guys.
sounds like the small one might need some help, I generally suppliment with KMR and Nutrical.

The kittens will right away scent the mom's nipple and once their scent is on it, they will return to the same nipple every time they nurse. I know you are concerned for the runt, but don't try and manually shift these kittens off the nipple, to another one, even if the runt is getting jostled around a bit. You can always supplement the little one with extra bottle feedings of KMR but the baby will need to be fed every 2 hours if you do. As long as all the kittens are actively nursing they should be fine. Also bear in mind that most white kittens with blue eyes can have hearing problems, or even be completely deaf, so watch for that as well as they grow. Right now that won't be an issue. They are finding mom by scent and by following the vibration of her purrs. I am glad the birth went off without a hitch.

so far so good. Everyone is nursing well even the little guy. And it is really neat, they do keep going back to the same nipple! i remember reading about blue eyed white kittens, i'm going to have to keep an eye on everyone. I think since there is only three they might all be staying inside
