July Weightloss thread any one interested?

Hello i tried looking for a weight loss thread but simply can not find one , or i am missing it so i thought i would start one

I am 16 years old i have PCOS which has contributed to my overweightness although im mostly to blame eating to much of bad choice food.

I need to lose 6 stone..

I've lost 15 pounds since April. I've basically cut back on my sugar intake. I think getting off my birth control helped too. I was on Depo Provera and that's known to make people gain weight. I would like to lose 25 to 30 more pounds to be back at my ideal weight. 125-130 I still haven't done any exercising. I'm to lazy.

6 stone is erm.... like ...90 odd lbs

I am going to (As of tomorrow) calorie count and excersise and hope for the best. If your girls want i can make a lil make shift chart of our names and aims?

That would be nice. I lost 15 pounds but have been stuck for months now. I need to lose about 22 pounds still. I Can not have anything with diet sugars because they give me severe migraines. I hope you both lose weight.

My plan of action is to keep to 1500 calories and lots of excersise

Is this still going or is it somewhere else? I have been doing Weight Watchers since October. I lost about 10 lbs in the first couple months but I have absolutely stalled since then. I am a little lazy when it comes to exercise although when I was in the habit I did well and it made me feel good. I have about 30 more pounds to lose. I'm in South Carolina.

Diet is going well so far today

Had a small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with semi skimmed milk..

I had a migraine during the night , but got up at like 1pm lol...

Its 2 20 pm now so i need to get my but in action do some cleaning and excersise , have a shower and go from there.

Hey Jess, I'm Jess too!!! I'm 26 live in South Carolina. Where is Portmouth?

I haven't had breakfast today! Took one bite of the Kashi waffles and did not like them at all. I think I'm going to go ahead and do lunch.

I got my BF the Perfect Pull Up for his b-day so I've been doing some easy back rows with those. He assures me I won't get big bulky muscles! I need to go to the fitness room at my apartment complex and do some elliptical training because that really worked for me last fall.

Today for lunch I have a Lean Cuisine yummy meal and a spinach and grape tomato salad w/ some light ranch. Trying to drink lots of water but I have been slack. I also ate a small piece of cheese for a snack and I have a V8 and a nectarine for later. No idea what's for dinner.
