The first person to use bless was Laureen227. She also used service which left if open for others but it was not used by others. Cocoa Cream used people first. And welcome to our newest player Pepper who was the first to use play. Lay was not used.

As you can now tell by clicking on the KatKwery Standings link, there is plenty of time left to get in on the action. The KatKwery playoffs and KatKwery Bowl are truly going to be an exciting time. The kats promise.

And now for today's questions. Don't forget you are not limited to 8 hours to answer. You can answer any time up until the next KatKwery is posted.

There are going to be 8 members in the playoffs, do you plan on being one of them? Right now the KatKwery Bowl winner will win 104,108 points, but what do you think that point total will be on October 1? Are you aware of by what means the point total gets increased? Are you familiar with seeds as in what seed a player has in the playoffs? Finally, what are you going to do with all those points if you are the 2008 KatKwery Bowl champion?

as i've often said - if i'm in the playoffs - great! it'll strictly be because of the KatKwerys, tho - i rarely get on in time to post in the KatKwiz, [i think it's been twice!] & the one time i had the right answer, i typoed it into the wrong one! i have no idea what the total will be at that time - or how it's increased, either. i think you said before that players will be the top & bottom [can't remember if it's top 8 + bottom 8 or top 4 + bottom 4
]. if i win, i'll bank the points & use them for gifts, arcade passes, & the like, i suppose!

I'm going to try to be one of the eight in the Superbowl playoffs. I can't even guess how much the winning total will be by October. I am not aware of how the total keeps getting increased. I'm guessing either by donations you are receiving or something to do with your interest. I have no idea what the seed thing is about. I would probably donate some points back so Katkwiz can continue. Then I'd probably donate some to the ContestKitty. I can always hold a contest of my own as well.

I wish I could be one of them because it is going to be a lot of fun. I have no control over this but I am going to guess there will be around 150,000 points to be won in the KatKwery Bowl. Yes, all of my points are donated by other members and if any of those points are designated for KatKwery, the payout will increase accordingly. Yes again, in the playoffs, the highest seeded player will play the lowest seeded player but instead of having home field advantage will have the advantage of winning in case of a tie. Regarding the last question, I plan on being broke after the playoffs are over.

I am hoping to be one of the 8 in the katkwery superbowl! At this point, luvmycat1 is kicking my butt but I can still hope and dream! Since its unlimited for time its easier to play than the katkwiz! The points get increased by people making donations to you with the word "katkwery" On them Im pretty sure!
Umm whats a seed?? Isn't that something you plant?? Or is this something that puts the 2 people agaisnt each other, and then the winner of those sets go with the winners until there is just 2 or something?? I dont know.. I just want to be there when the fun goes down! I would like to make some donations to other members, maybe run a couple new bets, get an arcade pass, a few user title options, ya know... let it burn a hole in my pocket and spend it faster than anyone would think! And of course some of it would have to go to fuel the katkwiz and katkwery, because I dont want you to run out of points! that would suck for all of us members who enjoy the game! Its alot of points to be won! Im guessing about 125,000 points! Depending on how many donations are made to Persi & alley in the meantime that are suppose to go to katkwery!

Argh! I was so close on the KatKwiz! Ah well, close only counts in horse-shoes, and then it doesn't even really count.


No, I don't plan on being one of the players in the playoffs. I'm not very good at this game!
If I am able to keep playing and manage to pull it off (unlikely!), then I would be happy to. But, at this rate, it looks like I'll just enjoy what I can and donate more points to the ultimate winner.


On Oct 1, I think the point total will be pretty similar to what it is now. I mean, you give away a lot of points, but people also donate. As far as I know, the point total is increased when people donate. Not sure how much the Kats themselves donate to the pot- as in, the points they get from their own posts.

Not a clue what "seed" means! Don't know if that's a term the Kats made up, or if it's actually used in other isntances like this.

If I'm in the playoffs and get tons of points, I will most likely donate them right back! I really don't know what good points are other than buying gifts. But even though I buy tons of random gifts for random people, I still had more points than I knew what to do with until I donated most of mine to the Kats!
Well, I'd probably keep a chunk to give as more gifts.

I hope I can use a few more secret words and get into the top eight in the KatKwery Bowl standings, but if not, I've had fun playing anyway! I have no idea what the total points won will be in October, but I'm guessing the total might go up. The amount of points goes up by people donating more points to Persi & Alley, right? No, I don't really know much about seeds, except that it has something to do with how many points someone has when the playoffs begin. I really have no idea what I would do with the points if I were to become champion. I have just been playing for fun and to learn more about The Cat Site. I would probably give points or gifts to all the new members who join each day for a while, or maybe give gifts to someone who has recently had a pet cross the rainbow bridge. I could buy access to the arcade, but I don't think I would really use it much. I would prefer to use points to welcome people and put a little smile on someone's face.
