It's right by my shoulder blade and every time I move a certain way or even bend down it hurts like heck. Sneezing is the worst. Then the pain goes all the way through to the front of my chest. I think I might have strained it moving furniture around to vacuum. Man am I out of shape.
Ibuprofen really doesn't help. Neither does heat. I guess I'm just going to have to live with the pain until it heals. It's already been two days.

Over the river and through the woods...
I wrenched my back a few weeks ago (carrying laundry and tripped over Gizmo
). I KNOW how much that can hurt. I went to the doctor and told him I was using the heating pad on it, and he said that was the worst thing to do. He could feel the knot, and he said the muscle was already inflamed and ice would work better. Do you have a bag of frozen peas or corn you could lay on? He actually prescribed mild muscle relaxers and they helped, but basically it just has to work its way out. Many feel better vibes!

Yeah, I can fill up a baggie with ice cubes. I can feel the knot in mine too. It hurts to even touch it.
