HI
A day ago we took Pillo to the vet for a swollen paw. Turns out that it is a tissue infection - cellulitis. we were sent home with a weeks antibiotic course and we have to take two tablets each day.
Pillo has already had 2 tablets but then she looks like she is not dealing well with the medication. On the second tablet she threw up food , and then had bad diahrea. She looks really down after the meds, squating on the floor, and that dull look on her face.

The problem is that my vet is closed today and we cant contact her.
there is still one tablet to go for today but i dont know whether i should stop feeding her the pills or not, since we can stop an antibiotic course.
We will find our vet tmr morning but should i give her the pill for today?

If it were me, I'd continue the meds until I talked to the vet. It could be the infection and pain making her feel bad.

Is the Med Clavamox or Cefa Drops? Coco was on those and they made her throw up and have a terrible stomach ache. She is now on Baytril and dosent get sick at all. She would not really eat on the other Antibiotics either. Can you call the Er and ask them for advice. I sure wouldny want your cat to sicker but Coco lost weight because she kept throwig up.

If it were me, I would definitely try to reach a vet for advise before I continued with the medicine. Can you reach an er vet in your area?

Definitely call another vet. I have experienced nausea from taking human antibiotics, so hopefully that's the only problem. But it sounds like you shouldn't wait. Call an emergency vet if you have to.
