Sorry, i don't have it or really know too much about it. I hope someone comes along that can give you a little help though!
Have you tried researching some reputable medical websites/forums for information?

My mom has fybromyalgia. It's hard to say how the fybromyalgia alone effects her, because she also has Epstine Barr (chronic mononucleosis), lupus, osteoarthritis, and three ruptured disks in her spine, along with pretty severe bone spurs in her hip and back.
My neighbor/family friend has fybromyalgia. At her worst she gets bad muscle aches, has difficulty getting in and out of the car and the shower, etc. With treatment, though, she's improved a great deal. She lost weight, which made everything easier on her body (though I have no idea if that is an issue with you), she now takes walks and is living a much more comfortable life. There will be times where it's bad but my neighbor has overcome a lot and sometimes her life seems like she doesn't even have it.

I know how hard getting a diagnosis like that can be.

I have had it for 17 years, some days are better than other, I make sure I get a lot of sleep. Dh knows if the laundry or dishes aren't done, it's one of those days. I find lately there are less bad days.

So far the diagnosis sin't realy bothering me, at least I know I'm not immagining it and that there is something that can make me feel like a normal person!
