Whew I'm glad its over.

The sky clouded up and it started drizzling about 45 minutes before people were to arrive so I moved the car out of the garage and set up the refreshments inside-people must have been hungry as the vast majority was eaten!!

People brought umbrella's but the drizzle stopped about 30 minutes after most arrived.

Lots of complements-I don't except complements very well for the most part but I know we do have extensive gardens so its nice to have the acknowledgment for our efforts. People liked my potting shed and Neil's workshop, our stone work etc....(and the plant material!)

Last people left an hour after the event ended-it was getting dark!
Hard to unwind though-didn't sleep very well.

Now only if I could get on the big garden tours that would be the jewel of the crown-but lots more work

Oh, the annoying lady wasn't too part either!!
