Ughhh Weird Kitty

I caught my cat earlier trying to eat a piece of dental floss out of the trash can in the bathroom. I wonder if its the minty flavor she likes, and I wish she would stop trying to eat/chew on things. I feel like I have a little child running around that I have to constantly keep taking things away from sometimes.

Well, that's the beauty of having a responsibility, which is definitely what an animal is. My cat gets into EVERYTHING. And as busy as I got with things this past year, I had to always make sure things were put away and such so she wouldn't get hurt or into trouble. That's what being a pet owner is about.

my dog chews on things all the time. i feel the same way chasing him around the house

hehe yup, it's a big responsibility. I just worry that I'm going to forget about something being out sometimes that she will get into. Like she loves plastic bags so I have to make sure that there aren't any around. Everytime I come home from the store she starts trying to dig stuff out of them to see what I brought home for her Maybe she just has a strong digging instinct.

Maybe she was giving you a hint that she wanted her teeth brushed?

Maybe she just likes mint.

Tell me about it! ReeRee will put anything in his mouth. We have learned to make sure everything is ReeRee proof. This is especially difficult for my sister....she likes to leave things hanging around.

Fortunately for all of us I am so OCD about keeping the house "in order" and watching out for kitty dangers that so far so good!

Tooth floss is nothing.....talk to me when your cat either has a full 8 inch ribbon or a fully intact q-tip come out his behind.....yah....i am not kidding. He must have one strong colon!
