For the last few months I have been feeding several strays, one ended up having kittens(mama is very wild) but she is getting alot better and not hissing near as much at me
but her kittys on the other hand
wow they are bad!!

I feel so bad for them because I know they are hungry and I noticed yesterday that their eyes are all cloudy and icky....

What can I do? I feel helpless really.....

I left food out for them yesterday(the kittys) this is the first I have seen them in our yard.

Suggestions?

How old are the kittens? Do you know about when mama cat gave birth? If they are not weaned yet you could put some wet food out mixed with some kitten replacement milk. Walmart carries a brand called "Just Born" for kittens that I have used. Mama cat needs extra calories so a kitten food will be important for her. Put food in the same place at the same time every day where you have seen them.

Maybe you could use a trap on loan from a local shelter and get them to a vet. The kittens may be young enough to socialize and get a home. Follow this link to find someone in your area that might help. http://www.alleycat.org/response.aspx

I captured my stray kittens at 5 and 6 weeks. They were eating wet food at that time.
If you get the kittens young they can be socialized but it gets harder as they get older.
