I found 4 feral kittens last week. See this for the story, updates and pictures:http://www.thecatsite.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=170692

Question is..what should I be feeding them? The last 4 week old ferals I fed moistened dry food and they were good with eating that. These ones aren't really eating much dry food and are also having issues with diarrhea. I also tried some KMR 2nd step (which my wonderful Aunt in law had purchased for me a while ago!) last night but even they also were not crazy about that. I am worried about them getting enough to eat, getting proper nutrition and about the diarrhea (it's the littlest one that has it).

I am stopping by Publix to get stuff for them tonight...so what do they need?

Thanks!!!

I transitioned from bottle feeding to a pate' canned kitten food (Authority-PetSmart brand is good) mixed with kitten milk replacement. Make it soupy and if they don't eat it try mixing it a little thicker. This site might help. http://www.kitten-rescue.com/
Good luck.

Thanks. They won't eat any KMR, I guess they got momma's milk for 4 weeks so now they won't touch the fake stuff. I got some meaty wet food from the grocery store which they love! (they were already eating dry when I found them). Now I am just worried about the diarrhea! Don't want them to get dehydrated (although they show no signs of that yet!).

Thanks!
