I was hoping someone has some advice..... Well my cat went to the bathroom and when i saw her come out she had a string of mucus hanging from her rear. She didnt seem to notice. She is totally herself. I checked the litter box and all seems normal other than the fresh poo she had just made...it was only a little softer than the rest. I have never noticed anything other than that one time and I havent noticed anything since. She did lick only a little bit of milk she snuck from my glass. I dont know if she got into something she shouldnt have. she is 6 months old spayed and fully vaccinated. Her last vet check was 2 months ago.

Milk does cause diarrhea. Also, a yellow mucus discharge could be a sign of an infection. Best way to be sure is to check with the vet.
