They haven't met Socks. If you do something to annoy him, he'll come by a bit later and bite your feet/ankles. Not friendly bites, either.

We don't bother him intentionally, but if we try to keep him from doing something that he's not supposed to do, like jump on my boyfriends desk, tear up sections of our carpet, or play with cords, he gets mad. He'll keep coming back and trying to do whatever it is that he's not allowed to, and we repeatedly stop him and send him away... but to no avail. He gets mad at us (you can tell by his posture and tail swishing that he is displeased) and will come back later and bite our feet/ankles.

It happens a few times a week... so this isn't based on a one time thing.

I have, actually lol

That just resulted in holey socks, though.

My Dexter does the same thing - he attacks your feet or he'll come back and pounce on you then run away again. Cheeky little thing - he knows we're not quick enough to do anything about it!

Indeed....

If you give him a chance, he'll also steal socks out of our room and play with them.

I named him that because he looks like the cat from Beaverly Cleary's book... but it fits him for other reasons, too lol
