Oh yes. Lucia is our girl now. I am keeping her. They have their own room. My bathroom has hardwood floors so it is not too cold. I have an oversized dog bed I found on sale and use for them. One them tries to get adventurous and scoot over the side but she always picks him or her up and puts him back with his mates.

Some updates:
Babies are doing well on day 4. It looks as though a few of them are trying to open their eyes.

The cuteness... It kills me!

I am finding that with the 8 babies here, they're never cold. They are either with mom or in a big heap LOL. I am with them alot, just checking on them...yeah right, I'm doting on them making sure they know me. It's quite funny how they know my smell, but when hubby comes in, a couple of them do their little baby hiss LOL. They are getting used to him though, but I'm their second mom. They purr when you touch them...it's quite cute. There are a couple that instantly purr when you touch them and roll over onto their sides or back for a rubbin'

They do love to be in a heap. They are little squeakers! When you pick them up they squeak loudly. A few are louder than others of course. One of them just curls up against me happily. Another is trying to open her eyes. I will have pics up soon.
I really adore them. One of the funniest things to watch is the fight over nipples. Those cuties get vicious with each other batting hard and squeaking.
Lucia turns over for better access but I have seen her scruff a few that were just squealing for squealing's sake. One of them came over to the edge and tried to scoot out but Lucia scruffed her and that was the end of that adventure.
She is an amazing mother. If we pick one up and it cries she gets up to tell us to please return my baby because my baby is in distress. She loves to have them all close.

You have such a wonderful mommy cat there! And the babies are SO CUTE! I just want to give them a hug!!
