I recently picked up, at PetSmart, this grooming aid: Veterinarian's Best (Natural Care) Moisture Mist Conditioner - Detangles Hair & Relives Dry Skin. Leave-On Formula for Dogs & Cats.
I *really* like this product. You can spray it directly on the cat, avoiding the eyes of course. I just cover my babies' eyes when I spray it on direct. Or you can spray it on your comb or brush. Personally, I prefer spraying it on the comb.
It *really* works! It helps the comb glide through those tangles. (Not big knots! product is not meant for that)
Anyways, just thought I would share. Anything that helps make grooming a wee bit easier is wonderful!
