Happy Canada Day (July 1st)

Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadian's.

Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow and get to do some celebrating and see some cool fireworks..

I am very lucky because I can watch the fireworks show sponsored by the town from my back deck..So fingers crossed no rain..

Happy Canada Day. we are going to Barkerville B.C. It is an old gold rush town. set in the 1800's
We go there every Canada Day. they have old fashioned games, like tug of war, greased pole climb, egg and spoon race, just good old fashioned family fun.

I can watch the fireworks from my living room, but I think it's going to be nice tomorrow evening and I need the exercise, so I think I'll walk over the bridge near my building and watch them from there.

I have no plans.I was going to go and check out some of the Canada day events and whatnot and watch the fireworks later...but now I think I will stay in and clean up (I know...not very fun! Heh)...cause I have some cleaning to do and animal cages to clean and whatnot.

It's a lovely sunny day here (for once) and I'm looking forward to the fireworks tonight.

We're going to go play tourist and go to the beach here in Port Elgin. but we both work at 5 so no fireworks for us!
