chewing her legs

Boni is a 3 year old now inside cat with a recently dx seizure disorder. She always has been a chewing cat chewing then licking her legs. Sometimes they bleed. What causes this?

Is she on a certain type of medication? I have seen humans on seizure medications that sometimes exhibit obsessive compulsive behaviors.
