weird point question

Alright, if the points you get for being a member are being deposited directly into your bank account where did this 500 extra points just come from? It wasn't in my bank points! (I deposited it now) I have no messages saying that I've recieved a donation or anything! Does anyone know whats going on with that?? This isn't the first time its happened, Ive always noticed that the points went into the bank before... Anyone know?

I believe you are a paying member so you get 500 points a week.

As far as I can tell, there isn't a way to donate anonymously.

You're right. Oddly, I thought we could. Must have been thinking of gifts.

It might have been a "glitch" in vBulletin, and the PM got "lost in cyberspace".

There are definitely some glitches. I find if I log in using IE, I get the regular Forum Default (ketchup and mustard), although my settings are for Default Grey. When I log in using another browser, even IE for PDAs, I get Default Grey.

you can't send gifts anonymously, either. i tried it the other day - marked the gift as 'private' & the member got a pm. but no one can see the gift i gave her.

Okay today I got 1000 points out of the blue!! No notification or anything! Not put into my bank account either! I have one member that I referred but I dont think it could be that....

I asked them and they said they didn't sign up yet, so I dont know, but it could be from anything, who knows!

The points fairy came again... giving me 500 points this time, this time it wasn't put in the bank either but Im pretty positive it must be the 500 weekly membership points thing!
